Compare the proposal with ordinary baselines. Give competing explanations the same measurement conditions.

What would change your mind?

State a concrete failure criterion before inspecting the outcome. Keep inconclusive results distinct from falsification.

03 · Record

Can someone check it?

Preserve the method, raw outcomes, limitations, and revisions, including nulls and rejected paths.

A practical review path

  1. Read the exact sourceUse the paper version or record that the claim actually cites.
  2. Check the comparisonLook for mismatched assumptions, missing baselines, and measurements that cannot support the conclusion.
  3. Name the outcome honestlyReport whether the result supports a bounded claim, needs revision, is inconclusive, or fails the chosen test.
UBT is presented as a framework and test program. Public release, attractive diagrams, or AI agreement do not constitute proof.
